Football Kenya Federation Saturday will officially roll out an elite youth league which brings together top academies in Nairobi and its environs.
The pilot program, whose second phase will see academies from outside Nairobi also incorporated, will have two categories, U-15 and U-13.
The elite league is comprised of 12 academies, among them Vapour Sports, Kamukunji All-Stars, Ligi Ndogo, Mukuru Talent and Acakoro.
The National U-15 team has also been drafted into the league as the team prepares to take part in the MIC Football Tournament in Spain next month.
